Exchange and Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To initiate your return, you can contact us at customer.care@branvee.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, other than
Worn or unused, with tags and in original packaging.
You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive it, the returned item(s) will be inspected by our QC team. A refund will not be processable if the item(s) have been worn, washed or are missing any labels, the affected item(s) will be returned to you.
There fees on return is about 35 LE.
Refunds will only be on the cost of the products. Any shipping or handling fees will not be refunded.
Refunds will always be given for orders paid in cash only via debit cards.

Damages and defects:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as clothing, swimwear, sleepwear, and customized products (e.g
Special requests or personal items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
It is not possible to return or exchange any product ordered using the “Special Request” feature, because each product ordered is based on specifications specific to each customer in terms of choosing the brand, type of product, size, and color.
Return items with some promotions
All items in the collection offer are not eligible for partial cancellation, exchange or return.
Free gifts are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and will let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund as well.
Refunds take up to 14 days to process.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled if not dispatched before the moment of contact, by emailing us the order number and contact details.
